Parents of Deceased Construction Worker Still in the Dark about Death

The parents of Jacob Porter who was killed last year on Adelaide’s Costco construction site are frustrated that one year after their son’s death, SafeWork SA has still not concluded its investigations.

The young man was killed when he tripped and fell into the path of a moving truck, causing his death. At the time the CFMEU claimed that speed humps that would have prevented the incident were removed that week to make the Costco appear as if it was ready for opening.

Jacob’s parents say they will not stop their quest for answers.
